This hotel is a very well run guest house - breakfast is excellent, room was big and I could park the car in their carpark.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly, it was clean and in an excellent location for exploring the City - either a 10 minute walk to Grafton Street/20 minutes to O'Connell Street or a quick ride on the number 10 bus which stopped almost directly outside the front door. The area was quiet and safe. Excellent shower!

Breakfast was yummy and to order, which was great with a five-year-old. Room and en-suite were SPOTLESS. Very comfortable beds.
